Newsletter in CMS page and Contact form does not submit

Hi guys,

I have two issues with Magento 2.0.4 which I can't seem to solve.

1. I want to add the "Subscribe to newsletter" block in a CMS static page.

2. The contact form does not work out of the box. It displays the message "We can't process your request right now. Sorry, that's all we know."

Can someone point me in the right direction with these two issues?
