Hello
I have built a store for a customer, all work good but I have a problem in search result page.
When search for a term in search bar and hit return, server return the correct product list page, but without thumbnails (product list result is correct) but just placeholder image. If I move mouse over product list, then show correct image on roll over.
Website is https://www.prochet1861.com, and an example of result page is a search example:
https://www.prochet1861.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=tazze
It seems page load the wrong cache path: https://www.prochet1861.com/pub/static/version1624394865/frontend/Smartwave/porto/it_IT/Magento_Cata...
this is the right image path (that is shown on roll-over): https://www.prochet1861.com/pub/media/catalog/product/cache/bb9dc070e2c11e42e26fdc86dfdfe117/1347699...
Magento 2.3.6 with Porto theme and Elasticsearch 7 (I have tried with default Luma theme with same result)
Please someone can help me?!
thank you
Deigo

Thank you, but unfortunately isn't a resize image problem or indexing problem (products are displayed correctly in every website sections expect in searchresult page...
Problem is generated during the search query, but I'm not as expert to understand where exactly this bug is generated...
Did you find anything related to that issue? I am currently facing similar problem.
did any of you find something.? facing the same issue.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your product images not showing up in the search result page. That can definitely be frustrating for both you and your potential customers. Have you considered using a community logo as a temporary placeholder for your product images? This can help your customers recognize your brand and products in search results, even if they can't see the actual product images at first glance. In the meantime, I hope you're able to find a solution to this issue soon so that your customers can have the best shopping experience possible.
