Not Exact Discount Amount

Hi,

I have created a coupon code which has the discount of 200 euros but when I go to check out I order 1 product that is worth 219 euros, why I only get 180,99 discount?

Hi @dabeeyow

There should be a two reasons for this !

1) kindly check your catalog/cart price rules - apart from this coupon code is there any other promotional rule is applied on it or not ?

2) second thing check your coupon code settings - have you defined this coupon code discount value as a fixed amount ? or percentage wise discount amount ?

Can you please provide screenshots for the same ? how you have created coupon from backend ? something is missing so !
