admin page is showing black with brown color nothing to show.

Hello @Silkfab

 

Make sure you are using right PHP version for Magento 2.3
You can check the Magento 2.3 system requirements from here https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.3/install-gde/system-requirements-tech.html
