Not getting email validation link in my email

when i am downloading magento 2.2.3 first i have filled a form and after doing this it shows one email is sending to validate the email but i not getting any emails regarding this till now.....Why is it so?

Hello @simran_barnwal

Are you trying to send email from Local PC? then use SMTP magento module for same.

If you trying to from server and it already contains mail server then check in the spam folder.

I have no spam folder in outlook.

Same issue, Magento is not sending any validation emails and is asking me to validate my email address. I tried several times with several different email addresses and no email received. Now Account says "Max number of email validation attempts reached. Please try again later." 

Even tried setting up a new account from scratch with new email address and still no email. Am i doing something wrong?
