After subscribing(for example), we could see notification message.

But after we go to another page this message shows again and again.
After reload page it still shows here.
I use chrome.
If we try to do the same in firefox we do not see notification at all.
We use magento 2.0.5
Is this some kind of bug that will be fixed in later magento versions?
