You need to run a command from magento root instances via SSH,

php magento setup:static-content:deploy -f

Hi,

Go to app/etc/di.xml

Find the line

Magento\Framework\App\View\Asset\MaterializationStrategy\Symlink

and Replace it with

Magento\Framework\App\View\Asset\MaterializationStrategy\Copy
There is no need to remove any file in any directory.

It may works.
