Order Getting Cancelled automatically

Hi,

Any one suggest me that why orders are getting cancelled automatically for guest orders? We are receiving orders from customers and ended with proper order status but after some time order status getting changed to cancelled automatically and stock also reversed. I dont know why can you please give some advice?

Hey @gkarthick87,

There must be a reason for the order cancellation. it might be a payment failed reason. please cross-check those orders whose failed.

Thanks for your reply.

Payment not get failed but the customer abandoned cart and order state changed to "pending_payment". This issue is related to Order Expiry function?
