Orders not getting processed - Order id not found issue

Hi!

i am in last few days getting an error where in my orders are not getting processed and i get this weird order# not found error. Pls see the screenshot of the same (1st one)

On doing a debug i got the following error. As i am not a programmer i am not able to make head or tails of the same. 

Any suggestions on what i am afflicted with?

Hi @harish_mani1 

There might be some issue with custom modules.
Check plugin and observer of custom modules.

To make sure try once after disable all custom modules.

I hope it will help you to get the root cause of error,
