I have a Magento 2.3.4 site, and i'm having some problems with paypal.
Some customers say they can't place an order, when they try to pay they see a generic error. Tried it my self, it seems to me that is a 10410 invalid token error.
I've the case of one customer that was able to place the order, the money where taken from his account, but we have not received them.
I honestly have no idea what's going on, here's some ideas or info.
- I've imported some customers from an older M1 site, it seems to me that the error occurs when you place an order with your imported address.
- I've installed a module that add some informations to the address
- Currently my paypal is connected to two magento sites on two separates domains, one is for test and the other one is live.
I really hope you can help me out, i've already contacted paypal, but they say the issue is with magento.
