Problem with Admin Backend after upgrading Store URL

Hello, 

I have a problem with the admin backend in my store. I have changed the URL of my shop. The shop itself is still accessible but I can no longer access the admin panel. Error code ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Update Base URLs in Database

Access your Magento database using a tool like phpMyAdmin or MySQL command line.

Locate the core_config_data table.

Find the rows with web/unsecure/base_url and web/secure/base_url paths.

Update the values of these rows to reflect the new store URL.

 

Reindex and Upgrade

Reindex the Magento indexers using the command line:

php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
