Hi,
I tried to install an extension many hours ago inside magento dashboard and when the process reached "Enable Module", this appeared:

The Rollback button doesn't do anything. The website is down. I can access it via FTP but it does not respond to the majority of commands through SSH (i can only cd and checked maintenance status which was disabled for some reason).
