Proceed To Checkout Stuck at spinner

I'm setting up a fresh install of Magento 2.2 and I have everything ready to go, except when I put something in my cart and click "Proceed to Checkout", the page loads but hangs on the spinner.

I get the following error in the debug.log:

[2018-04-25 21:35:34] main.WARNING: Broken reference: No element found with ID 'checkout.header.wrapper'. [] []

Any suggestions?

You have issue with your browser cache , your checkout seems working fine. there is no issue at all.

Kindly clear your browser cache manually or else check in your browser 's private window.

I have checked the link you have posted and seems like order getting placed successfully - here is the order number for your reference - Your order # is: 000000003.

Yes, after I posted I found some comments on github regarding the issue with tracking.js blocking the checkout when Ad Blockers are turned on.  By using the js tools in the developer section to combine and bundle the js, it fixed the issue.

http://prntscr.com/q0431h and we haven't found any issue and place order successfully.

I noticed that this is happen with browser cache or slow internet. 

You can check in private window or new browser and let me know if any issue.
