Product grid Actions dropdown disppeared

I have an issue on my site. The Action dropdown disappeared in the product grid. Since I've had multiple developers working on the site, I am not sure what caused this.

Of course I have a local backup of the site, so I can restore it - but I'd rather not lose the changes made by developers.

Can somebody tell me which files I have to restore to get the Action dropdown back?

@NDDKDo you see the "Action" under Columns? Is it checked? If not please check the checkbox in front of it.

If you have developer then you must be asking them and they must be able to fix it for you rather than you are looking for a solution.
