Every since we launched our store https://www.artlounge.in randomly products would disappear from categories
The ones that would disappear would primarily be Parent Products that disappear. As soon as we would manually reindex and recache, they reappear.
I was looking through the exception log and noticed that this one was being logged consistently
The element "category.product.type.details.renderers" can't have a child because "category.product.type.details.renderers" already has a child with alias "configurable".
I was wondering if this could be the reason why our products keep disappearing?
Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
