Readiness Check failing due to Cron script readiness check failed - did not before

Hi im this 

Found non-writable path(s):

/var/www/mania/public_html/magento2/app/design/adminhtml/Magento

Went to the folder ../app/design/adminhtml/ and found no folder or files in it? 

im setting up magenta 2.2

This error is brand new and was not there before

Also i get this now too

Are your file permissions and ownerships set up correctly?

I have not changed anything.. thus should have the same permissions 

But now it will not let me install any extension .. 

I did install it before.. 

the folder is asks for does exist but its completely empty
