Restrict Pages by Customer Group

Can I restrict access to pages by Customer Group?

I know I can create dynamic blocks that show different content to customer groups in publicly available pages but I want to create pages that can only be seen by people in an investor customer group.

you need to install 3rd party extension like

Cms Page By Customer Group - Magento 2

or

Restrict CMS & Catalog by Customer Groups 

for this functionality

Thanks, I had found that extension also. Just wondered if there was core functionality to support this use case. I appreciate the confirmation that the extension is the way to go.
