Sales order view not showing IP

We are having issues with sales order view. It only shows 127.0.0.1.

Stores->Configuration->Sales->Sales->Hide Customer IP is set to No

Hi @Vetshop_Dev 

Did you check if the IPs are available in the sales_order table's remote_ip columns.?
Also check if the setting is configured for corrected store.
