Security Scan report XS vulnerability

I am on Magento 2.3.4 and when I scan my site, I am getting a XS vulnerability. It’s asking me to apply patch magento 2.2.5/2.1.1.4 security update. But I am on the latest Magento version. How is this possible? It was scanning good a few days ago and all suddenly this popped up.

This report came from the magento security scan. That’s why I was surprise!

I also noticed that every time the scan is been done and I go to my Cpanel to look in the error log, I get this...
