Security Scan report XS vulnerability

I am on Magento 2.3.4 and when I scan my site, I am getting a XS vulnerability. It’s asking me to apply patch magento 2.2.5/2.1.1.4 security update. But I am on the latest Magento version. How is this possible? It was scanning good a few days ago and all suddenly this popped up.

Hi, 

I also noticed that every time the scan is been done and I go to my Cpanel to look in the error log, I get this...

[2020-03-10 00:11:29]: info: [usr/grp]: <cpanel username>/<cpanel username> cmd: /home/<cpanel username>/public_html/<magento folder>/pub/errors/404.php php: /usr/local/php72/bin/php
