Security update available for Adobe Commerce | APSB24-73

Magento released a security patch on October 8th, https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/magento/apsb24-73.html, addressing vulnerabilities affecting both Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source. While attempting to apply the isolated patch to one of our Magento Open Source projects (version 2.4.7-p1), we ran into an issue involving the B2B module (Company), which isn't included in Magento Open Source. Is there a solution or patch available specifically for Magento Open Source?

People feel free to correct me if I am wrong but I believe this only applies to Commerce since the B2B module doesn't exist in Open Source version of Magento
