Send Emails To is taking default value (hello@example.com) instead of custom email

i create contact-us for and i changed all email in store emails and contacts but in contacts it is taking default value (hello@example.com) instead of changing email.

For reference please find the attached emails.

i have done setup upgrade static-content deploy and cache clean and flush

Check if the value is store in Website / Store View mode by switching the Store View dropdown in the top left corner of the page.

You will have to changes email id for contact us page, configurations are located at Stores >> Configuration >> General >> Contact
