Setting magento cronjob on XAMPP (Windows 8.1)

I'm running magento2 on xampp while I'm developing the frontend theme. Until now, I didn't need to activate the cronjob. And since I know how to do it on cpanel later, didn't care. But I need to install and extention that requires the cronjob, how do I do it on xampp? Can't figure it out... Thanks

Hi,

You try to use Task Scheduler on Windows. Windows doesn't have cron.

You can run cron manually from the command line for the developing and testing purposes, even on Windows: https://mage2.pro/t/32
