Shiping Options Not Working

I have the shipping options set in Stores-Configuration-Sales-Shipping Methods to allow for both Ground and 2 Day Shipping.
However in the store front it only displays the choice of Ground shipping.

Can someone please help me find out why that would that be happening?

I was contacted today as to whether I had a solution to my problem from Magento Admin as this will help other people in the community.
My response is No I did not get any replies so I suppose this request did not help anybody as I was hoping to get help here.
