We have recently upgraded our Magento 1.9 CE to CE 2.2.5 with a data transfer tool, but now cart price rules cant be added to new shopping carts.
I have followed multiple guides on how to add new coupon codes, which all write successful to the database. We use the magento Rest Api swagger for implementing endpoints, when using "GET /coupons/search" all the added coupons can be displayed.
My question is if this problem has to do with the import of data trough the tool or a Mage CE2.2.5 specific error? I even tried the Amasty Special Promotions plugin but even this wont validate the coupon codes on filled shopping carts
