Site Crash after update for "magento/module-customer-sample-data"

This happened when I tried to install latest update for "magento/module-customer-sample-data". Unable to restore backup also. 

I have tried to uninstall the update, reinstall another version, uninstall - still same issue.

How to correct it? 

got basic knowledge. Site hosted on nexcess.

Hi @pankajok,

Can you try disabling that 2rd-party module first and then updating?

Mayhe the module isn't compatible with that new version of Magento.

as mentioned unable to login to magento... still tried manually with various options. 

had to restore from backup
