Everything was working fine.
today we had to import 700 products, csv less than 1 mb.
check for errors everything is ok click start import start loading.
20 minutes later I see is still loading... so I refresh the page in another tab to see if the products were uploaded. they didn't.
Then I CRTl f5 the backend that was still loading and the site went down.
When to command line, clear cache, flush, even did setup upgrade... nothing. I click the domain and browsers stay loading even in incognito.
Did a DNS checker and it all works. How can magento crash from just doing a simple import like that and nothing works even command line?
