Some orders not appearing in order grid

Hi,

We have an issue where sometimes an order appears in the Magento database, but it doesn't appear in the Sales Grid. This happens rarely and seemingly randomly so it's been hard to reproduce/test, but it's started happening since we started using Stripe to process payments. I have tried turning asynchronous indexing on/off, and tried reindexing, but to no effect.

The issue seems to be, the missing order appears in the sales_order table in the DB, but then doesn't get moved to the sales_order_grid table like the other orders do. Does anyone know what I should do? We're using Magento 2.4.4 and Stripe 3.3.9.

To resolve the issues, please follow the steps below:

• Disable Asynchronous indexing under Store > Configuration > Advance > Developer > Grid Settings
• Clear cache and reindex.
