Yes, again the same question, but now even more substantiated.

With installatron Magento 2.3.0 installed, with PHP 7.2
In stores \ All stores \ create store view a second store is made, and the name is changed to "english" with code "ENG".

The standard shop is adjusted the same but in name: "Dutch" and code "NL"

Then:  Stores / configuration / Sales / Checkout   "enable Terms and Conditions" to Yes

Then now: stores / general conditions

Please check var/log/exception.log file var/log/system.log file you will find some clue or post your log file here.

After a few days of being home, I saw that the system.log had grown to +40 mb. I think that's a bit too big to post here :-)

For a clean log everything is removed and done again.

There is a lot of: main.INFO rules with a few exceptions: main.CRITICAL That behind the point does not seem right to me.

I suspect that I still post too much log, but hopefully it offers more clarity, and of course a solution. (although I understand a little bit more about php, little by little)
