The image in the catalogsearch does not work Magento 2.3

Hi everyone, I'm here to ask you for help with a problem I've on Magento 2.3 with Porto theme.
Viewing the product and catalog images work perfectly, but if use the search bar to find a product or category display the default image with the magento logo.
We have verified access to the .htaccess file, the php memory limit, set global attributes for images, tried to modify the grid of the catalog, verified elasticsearch 7.

php -d memory_limit=-1 bin/magento catalog:images:resize
