Unable to add "Out of Stock" filter in layered navigation

I am unable to add Out of stock filter in my magento 2.1.5 CE

Is there any solution or Patch available?

Hi when I try to Save this, the loader never goes off... I am using magento CE 2.1.5

bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy

It seems there are some issues with you rgenerated static assets.
