To import my product pictures into M2 with a csv file, I drop the product images into the folder /var/import/images
That import procedure of product pictures into M2 works fine.
But when I surf to the full url of one of the pictures in the /var/import/images folder I get a 404 error: Page not found.
What should i do to make these images visible? I want to use the full url to these pictures to upload my product pictures to other marketplaces. I just want to avoid having to upload the pictures a second time to another folder on the server.
I hope my question is clear and that somebody can guide me to a safe solution...
