Hi,

 

Please could someone help us with this problem.

 

For some reason when I try to access websetup wizard I am taken to this page.

I have tried several different things like, cache flush, reindex, static deploy. But nothing is working.

 

Im using Magento2, PHP 5.

What PHP 5.x are you using?
Magento 2 is compatible with Magento 5.6 and PHP 7 (not PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5)
