I want to change the url rewrite area a bit - and I thought I would ask this question that has been bugging me for a bit - I am a magento newbie.
Where are the defaults set? For example for url rewrites, I have to uncheck system value to change the behaviour. Where can I change the "SYSTEM VALUE"

It might be a stupid question. And I hope someone comes by and answers this. Usually I get answers very slow. perhaps there is another forum that is more active?
