I have magento 2.2.5 ready to launch as i try to work on SEO i found that i have some canonical issue most of the canonical the are duplicate as i go to store configuration and try to change the engine it does not apply

Some Example if you open the view source

Dear Manish here is one sample of duplicate canonicalits happen in every page and it causes me a hug problem

let me explain all the pages as canonical and that gives me a huge problem let me show an example and I do not use SEO module if what kind of shell I use
