Hi @sekhar_n 

There are two main reasons for this issue !

1 - Please check like all colors products is in-stock and have quantity assigned in it - then it will showcase over here

2 - as you are using custom theme so may be somewhere on CSS level its hidden or something mis-configured on the theme level - so i would suggest please check it on Luma theme.

Last if both will ok then please do reindexing - run this command - php bin/magento indexer:reindex and then check !

Dropdownlist values are not coming in luma theme also

Products are in-stock and each had 10 units quantity

i have done indexing also
