issue magento 2 cache issue

hi,

I have a strange issue in my website. the changes made in backend not reflecting in frond end.

on the same browser.( i have waited for 3 to 5 days - no changes happening)  but when i tried to open the same from another incognito window the changes showing with out any issue. 

i think this is due to cache issue 

currently we are using cloudflare to server cache. but i tried the same by switch offing cloudflare but end with the same result 

any one please help me to resolve this issue

@amjedsanin try by clearing browser cache as well. When use Incognito google doesn't manage your activity that's why you will see your changes immediately.

but clearing browser cache. is not a better solution

because in case of our customer they will not clear their browser cache daily. 

in such case if we made any changes (price change, product name change etc ) will not reflecting in their browser.
