magento 2.3.4 grid view image size problem

Hello,

I have a website running magento 2.3.4, and i have a problem regarding products image size, the images are showing as different sizes on frontend, see screenshop below:

Can you please check in theme
app/design/frontend/[Theme_module]/[thme_name]/etc/view.xml

You can refer to:

Please clear/flush the cache lastly.
