magento 2 default country on checkout is just united states

Hi dear support,

i change all setting in:

Configuration > General > Default Country
Configuration > sales > shipping setting > origin
Configuration > sales > tax > Default Tax Destination Calculation
a country other than united states but my default country in check out is united states. what is problem?

In the Admin area, Stores > Settings > Configuration > General > General > Country Options > Default Country, select your desired country from the list.

Then clean 'Configuration' and 'Page Cache' caches (System > Tools > Cache Management).

And finally you have to clear cookies from the browser.
