Just noticed an issue on 1.9.2.1 that the browse and upload buttons are not showing in the wysiwyg editor. The site is up to date will all of the security patches. I have tried:
- added back in the SWF files that are removed by patch 8788
- changed the media folder and wysiwyg folder permissions to 777
- clearing Magento cache and reindexed
- Tried in another browser and Incognito
Is there something I have missed?
