magento.dev/category-1.html page doesn't contain HIT in cache header.

Recently I am trying to publish an extension in Magento 2 marketplace.But I am getting below error.

Environment: Operating System - Centos 7, PHP Version - 7.0.30, Magento Platform - 2.0.18 CE Varnish, Sampla Data

Command:

eqp:varnish:run

Installation issue:

http://magento.dev/category-1.html page doesn't contain HIT in cache header.

Please help me.
