mini cart's item number updating delay issue

Hi,
I got an issue of mini cart's number update. When I refresh the browser page, the quantity will start with zero. Then after 2-3 seconds, it changes to the correct cart number. it's kind of a delay. I'm not sure it's because of the cache or the server's performance now.

Is there anyone face the similar issue before? How to fix it? I want the correct number being displayed immediately or at least don't give me zero at first before updating  to the correct number.

By Default Magento Minicart Item number will be generated using Knockout Concept. So it takes delay to 2-3 seconds for update actual qty and number. It comes from KO javascript and KO will take time to update minecart content. 

It's not issued for your Server level caching.
