my admin panel is very slow to load (catalog/product) 

my Magento 2.3.0 and server is a very good performance 

I fix template.php by === libxml_parsehuge after that it is so slow

please help

Are you running php-fpm? Try switching to pm=static and pm.max_children=[cpu cores of your server]

That might help
