If your Magento using Elasticsearch . Make sure your elasticsearch is up and running and configured correctly ... 

/etc/elasticsearch/elasticsearch.yml 

look at the network section and uncomment  network.host and set to localhost if elasticsearch is running on localhost. 

reindex and flush magento .

Please review the steps below:

1. Login to putty and go to the Magento root directory
2. Please run the following commands:
   1. php bin/magento indexer:reindex
   2. php bin/magento cache:flush

Note: If your Magento version is 2.4.x or above then please check if the elastic search is working or not. (ie. curl http://localhost:9200)
