reward point settings and I found that is not saved properly -EE2.3

Hi,

I tried to update the reward point settings and I found that is not saved properly (same on logo ). I checked the error logs and unable to see any errors in there. Also, I ran the Magento commands and reindexed the site to see the changes. Still, it is not saving properly.

In the image you can see i enter value but after i save it i get all blank. It's not saving it.
Same problem is with my logo i try to replace i upload it but it not save it.

On product page, cms,.... It saves all great.
Very strange problom.

update:

problem solved just need to Flush Cache Storage.
