special price shows for some products but not others

it is weird but special prices appear for some products and not others, I have tried flushing magento cache and browser cache but nothing, not sure what the problem might be

any ideas?

Did you try reindexing?

Please try once:

php bin/magento indexer:reindex
php bin/magento cache:flush

site is on shared server, with no access to console, can I run those commands another way?

There is not any other way to re-index in magento2 using admin panel.

I think you should talk with support for console access, because you can't work on magento 2 without console access..

If we need to deploy any module or any other thing, then we also require console access.

I checked in admin index management, the only thing that requires reindexing is catalog_search

could that be the one creating the problem with special prices not showing up?

I have done what you said but still the same, some items show special price and some dont

Please also make sure that you have special price values for the products which are not showing on the front-end.

You can check in Admin -> Catalog-> Product -> Edit. PFA for the reference.

Please also check product special price at website level and if you have multi-website setup and price configuration is set for website level not global.

Make sure you a have the price in the main product page = cost price and NOT the discounted price in the "Advanced Pricing"
