strange chrome cache problem

Your problem will be solved when you delete your cookies.

Download plugin for Chrome Cookie-Editor and delete all cookies.

It doesn't appear to be an issue of Chrome, it's issue of meeting and treat, see what are saving while you login, signout, check assuming that it is annihilating meeting when you signout.
