successo messa won't go away

Hi everyone,

after use a promo code the success message won't go away. 

Already empty the cache on magenta and also on my browser, the message still there also after several weeks.

If you wanna try use the promo code: iorestoacasa

My magenta version is 2.3.4

Any suggestion?

Check your cache status once.

are you using default magento cache?

There might be some issue with full page cache.

Try after enable/disable it.

thanks for your reply, yes I use default Magento cache.

I've tried to disable all che cache and reactivate again, also tried to "update" all the cache and also empty the cache in cache management page, all that steps dome more than once.

Nothing changed

If i keep the cache disabled the green message goes away...

Yes, As I mentioned earlier there is some issue with your cache.

Try to give full permission to var directory. Try the below command from magento root folder.

sudo chmod -R 0777 var/

and i ave to leave full permission to that folder? is not a issue for the security of my site?
