Hi
I disables all the caches to install a theme. It took 2 goes to disable the configuration cache. I then get a 503 error. If I then restart the caches from the command line, trying to get either the shop or admin returns a 302.
Magento CE 2.3 using Bitnami Gcloud image
SSL setup and working happily on shop and admin prior to cache disabling
Help!
