upload images missing after latest edge update

hi after latest edge update I cant upload images onto magento 1.9 - I have done the usual update flash player and click allow on the webpage but it still doesn't show the buttons - please note I am NOT a PC whizzkid and need simple instruction to follow. many thanks

thank you I have tried those and it worked last time, but hasn't worked this time since new update on EDGE
